Clete Blakeman and Blakeman Law pc successfully obtained a judgment of $350,000.00 for a woman who sustained 3rd degree burns to her foot from a hot liquid/oil cooking spill.  The client was injured when another person designated to assist her in cooking the evening meal at a care facility caused a pot of boiling water and cooking oil to spill from the stove.  The liquid poured onto the client’s foot and caused immediate and severe burns to the foot.  She underwent a series of skin graft procedures and extended medical care.  Clete Blakeman and Blakeman Law pc obtained a judgment for the client and against the negligent cook in the amount of $350,000.00.
